If during the whole week you are locked in a oficine, class, room or something like this, on the weekends you can go to another natural place like the park, to a village surrounded by nature, to the beach.
Spending time outdoors will make you feel better, your mental health will thank you. The green color, is scientifically proven, generates not only happiness, but also positivity and emotional stability, this color represent the nature and this is very relaxed for the humans, because the nature has a songs beatifuls and air pure.

Another thing to you can do is go to place where silence is the only sound, it will relax you and lower your stress levels. Sunbathing for a few minutes will help you to produce vitamin D, closely related to good health but also to be happy and eliminate depression.

Talk with positive persons

This habit is very important because you need more positive persons in your life, this persons in the future can be your best friends or big friends because their bring you trust and they can be your support when you think to all in your life is bad.

I choose this habit because when I have problems or something like that, I know to I can trust with few people, but what happens when this few people can´t help me? I don't want to be destroyed and I know I can keep going but, isnt is bad to have help.

Because this, I think to find new positive persons is very good, also this people can change your world with their positivism.

Walk the dog



Walk the dog

I choose this habit because I love my dog I think that it is my best friend, and I can make my dog's world a better place. Also because I think so this can be a beatiful new experience for me. This habit brings me health, makes me happy, free and better.

This can to you feel relaxing when you have problems, stress or something with you don't feel good.
You can realice this habit three times for a week, and this can be better for you as well for your pet.
